Let’s take a look back at what happened in 2012... 2012... Christmas time again. January – Josh tried out and made the El Camino High School Tennis team. February – We traveled south to check out the Sequoia National Forest. We then continued further south to visit Grandpa Davis, Aunt Shawna, and Cousin Trevor. April – Took a weekend to get out of town to spend time at a favorite place of ours, Sierra City. It snowed pretty good on us. May – Josh was presented an Award for his awesome grades and Don received his Certificate of Achievement from American River College. Don and Josh also joined a Racecar team. June – Freshmen year was over in a flash for Josh. He had the good and the bad but overall it was a good year. Don and Josh started redoing the garage set up. We took a day trip to check out Fort Ross. July – Don and Josh went on an awesome trip to the great state of Montana. It was an amazing trip. There were so many things to see it was a very beautiful part of the country. They had a great time visiting Aunt Daryl and Uncle Stan up in Bozeman. They had a great road trip and lots of stories to tell the others at home. August – This year Josh had a great 15th B-day. Later on Don and Josh went to an Indy Race with the race team. Sophomore year started for Josh the day after his B-day. September – The race team took the car to the country to test it out on a country road. Mary made a delicious homemade chocolate cake that we enjoyed to the last bite. October – The race team had their first track day as an official race team. November – Turkey Day finds us at home again this year hosting our own party and then attending the family party. The Living Room got a new coat of paint and is no longer yellow. December – So far we have put the Christmas Tree up. Now all that’s left is to wait for Santa to come on the 24th and to go racing at the end of the year. May you and your family have a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year. - by Joshua Davis |
